Best in Show at PrintAustin's The Contemporary Print!

Eliza stands in front of their large print installation. They are a tall, white person with short red hair. They wear all black with a grey hip brace and hold a black cane.

Exciting news! My installation First Impressions V was awarded Best in Show at PrintAustin’s The Contemporary Print exhibition! I’m incredibly honored to have my work recognized among so many talented printmakers.

The exhibition is on view at The Art Galleries at Austin Community College through March 13, showcasing an incredible range of contemporary printmaking. I had the chance to visit the show last month to meet the gallery director Peter Bonfitto and his team and see all the amazing work in person. It was such a joy to connect with other printmakers and share my work and process.

Here are a few photos from the exhibition, but if you’re in Austin, I highly recommend stopping by in person before the show closes! All photos by David Allen.

Thank you to PrintAustin and the jurors for this honor!
